The Re-Imagining Productive Work with Microsoft Office 365 Workshop is an intensive two-day in-house working session to help firms explore the possibilities of using Office 365 in business and work. To many people, Office 365 is just a new name for the Office productivity suite, but nothing could be further from the truth. The workshop is designed around eight core work activities that people do on a regular basis, and looks at the improvement opportunities available by using Office 365.
This workshop is based on Michael’s book Re-Imagining Productive Work with Office 365 (2016).
Workshop Flow
Here’s the basic flow of the workshop:
- An initial discussion of your collaboration strategy and previous history with collaboration approaches and technology. This sets the scene for our time together.
- A series of presentations, delivered by Michael, on each of the eight core scenarios, along with the most up-to-date case studies.
- Discussion and debate about the various ideas in each scenario.
- Individual and group exercises to apply the ideas that resonate to your firm, and work out how to implement them.
This workshop is designed for intranet managers, knowledge managers, Office 365 Project Managers, solution architects, collaboration strategists, IT decision makers, and others involved in using Office 365 inside their firm.
