At the DEX 2019 conference in Sydney last week, Alison Sharp from Meld Studios talked about the use of design thinking to create new ways of working. Key ideas:
– Design is necessary. It bridges strategy and doing.
– The leadership opportunity requires new mindsets and methods, and a more balanced set of decision making criteria.
– There are many ways to get traction.
