Microsoft Envision 2016 (April 4-6)

20160315env16

I may have missed the earlier announcements but Microsoft is running a conference for business leaders called Envision. It’s on April 4-6 in New Orleans:

Microsoft Envision is the newest addition to Microsoft’s big four-conference lineup, joining Microsoft Ignite (for technologists), Microsoft Build (for developers) and the Worldwide Partner Conference.

Microsoft Envision is tailored to leaders in operations, finance, sales, marketing and IT. High-level executives, analysts and other experts are among the featured speakers …. Over 200 sessions are on tap …. Microsoft Envision is structured around the needs of business leaders. Get insights and perspectives from global executives and industry experts. Explore business trends, disruptive technologies and next-level thinking with innovators, experts and peers. Microsoft Envision is a great opportunity to build professional relationships. Microsoft Envision is shaping up to be one of the most informative and influential conferences of the year. Check out the agenda and register today!

The draft Session Catalog is available for review. It will be interesting to see if the sessions are pitched at the right level for the intended audience; analysis of the conference feedback should tell that.

Nice initiative. I won’t be attending this year, sadly.
