Last week I had a flying visit to the Netherlands, Belgium, and London. On Tuesday I keynoted at Congres Intranet 2012 on facilitating and encouraging collaboration. My video post-keynote is above.

I had a lot of fun at the conference, although I didn’t fully comprehend the implications for me of most of the sessions not being in English. As they say, most of the day was all Dutch to me!
