The dominant way I charge for books and reports is by credit card, processed through Paypal. It’s been interesting to note, though, that quite a few people either can’t pay this way – due to corporate policies usually, although sometimes by personal preference too. There’s always been another way of paying by credit card, but it involved finding an overlapping time slot to call through and take the credit card number over the phone.
Now there’s a new way – paying by fax. Effective immediately, you can order Collaboration Roadmap and User Adoption Strategies by fax.
There’s a new unified Fax Order Form … and I’ve got a working fax line again. It’s been a while since I’ve had a fax line, but here’s to making international commerce easier.
