ALGIM 2011 Web Symposium- I'm Keynoting

ALGIM, the Association of Local Government Information Management, is running a two-day Web Symposium in early May 2011 in Wellington.

I will be presenting the keynote speech on Monday May 2, on collaboration. The topic and tentative outline is below:

How To Engage An Organisation To Be Collaborative And Use Intranets As A Corporate Collaborative Tool
Collaboration offers a way for people to work together effectively – leveraging the best that each person best brings to the table. In his keynote presentation, Michael explores how to engage with people and groups in your organisation to be collaborative, referring to case studies and frameworks to help you apply the ideas at your organisation. Michael also looks at the use of Intranets as a corporate collaborative tool, and will leave you with specific next steps to start on your collaboration journey.
