Yesterday I had the privilege of hosting the User Adoption Strategies Masterclass in Copenhagen, in conjunction with IntraTeam.
It was a good day – there were delegates from Dubai, Switzerland, Sweden, Netherlands, and Denmark – and they entered into the day with enthusiasm. The day was a mix of presentations and scene setting from me, and small group discussions and reporting back to the wider group by the delegates. The delegates said they got a lot of value from trading experiences and war stories on user adoption with each other.
I think all-in-all it went really well, and I even got a couple of ideas from the delegates about how to improve the masterclass next time. That always makes it a “great” day for me.
