The Intranet Benchmarking Forum is hosting a webinar on Thursday June 17 about SharePoint 2010 for Intranets. Martin White is leading off the presentation, and I’m on the panel for the post-presentation discussion.
“The focus of this Special Interest Group will be SharePoint 2010. At the last meeting of the SharePoint group, members saw a preview of SharePoint 2010. With the launch of SharePoint 2010 on 12 May, this next session is an opportunity to find out what SharePoint 2010 really means for organisations.
As a one-off IBF is opening this Special Interest Group up to non-members. Registration is free.
Martin White (Managing Director of Intranet Focus) will share highlights from his new report for IBF on SharePoint 2010. In this report, Martin looks at the evolution of SharePoint 2010 and evaluates it as an intranet platform. The report will be available for purchase in June 2010.
This will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Paul Miller, IBF’s CEO and Chairman. Paul and Martin will be joined by Michael Sampson, Jed Cawthorne and Richard Harbridge.“
See the IBF web site for more information and registration details.
By the way, I said it was on June 17. That’s true if you happen to be in London, but for me it’s a 2.00am to 3.30am webinar on June 18. Ah the joys of living and working out of New Zealand …
