My Mum and Dad are celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary today. I’m very proud of them. They gifted me a great and stable home when I was growing up, they’ve been supportive and helpful in the intervening years since they left home, and … in a world in which life-long marriage is too frequently distained, they continue to be faithful to the vows they made back in 1968.
