Michael's Happenings

Turning 34, March 17

It was my 34th birthday on Friday, and I celebrated quietly at home with my family. The children gifted me another knight for my office desk, and Katrina gave me some chocolate and other edibles. Wider family gifts included some coffee, money for outdoor furniture, and fudge slice. After working on client projects on Friday morning, I took the afternoon out with the boys to watch “SpaceJam” while the ladies had a rest. We then shared a dinner at home, complete with chips and ice cream! It was a neat day … I am truly blessed.

On Saturday, friends John and Shary came for dinner. John was my supervisor at the University of Canterbury in the mid-90s, and my boys had him outside after dinner timing their bike races.
