Nigel from Interact Intranet talked at DEX 2019 about using the intranet to support pre-boarding of employees. Key ideas:
– Across the world, onboarding is a terrible experience.
– The intranet provides a massive opportunity for re-thinking the onboarding experience.
– Give managers a toolkit to make pre-boarding awesome.
– Doing pre-boarding with excellence results in several good outcomes.
