In late September, Central Desktop, a PGi company will be hosting its annual conference in Austin TX – Collabosphere 2015. I’ll be there, and am delighted to say that I’ll be speaking too.

My talk is on user adoption:

The majority of social business initiatives fail. Sad but true. Real organizational change comes not from technology, but from your people and your culture. Author and collaboration expert Michael Sampson will share his best practices for boosting user adoption. This pragmatic session will ensure you take more than BBQ sauce back to your office. (But you should probably still bring some BBQ sauce home.)

The conference runs from Sunday September 27 through Wednesday September 30. At the moment I’m planning on attending as much of the conference as possible.
