TD Bank is a strong reference site for the effective use of IBM Connections, and has recently said thank you to some of its customers.

I wonder if the bank used IBM Connections to help brainstorm what it could do to say thank you? There are numerous examples – including one I quote in presentations and workshops – about how they have previously used IBM Connections for other innovative activities.
