IBM Connect 2014 – I’ll Be Speaking

In a fortnight I leave for Florida to attend IBM Connect 2014. This is the third year I have attended Lotusphere / Connect, and for the first time I will be speaking too. I can’t yet find the session on the IBM Connect web site, but here’s the details and timing. Would be great to have you there.

Wednesday January 29, 3:30 to 5pm
Session Title: User Adoption Strategy and User Adoption Toolkit for IBM Connections
Location: IBM Certification Lounge, SWAN, Peacock 2
Presenters:
Michael Sampson, Collaboration Strategist
Fred Doyle, Knowledge Accelerators

You Need a User Adoption Strategy to Be Successful with IBM Connections – IBM Connections offers many new ways of working for employees. Developing a user adoption strategy gives you the opportunity to help employees embrace the best of IBM Connections in their work.

You Need Training and Support tools to help end users be Successful – We will review the new User Adoption Toolkit that provides a video tutorial library and a variety of delivery methods. This library provides the “reusable learning objects” to drive Training, Support and Productivity programs. The toolkit is easy to deploy, low cost and available for many ICS programs.

So I will be presenting the first piece (on the strategy), and then Fred will be talking about their toolkit. Many thanks to Fred and Keith at Knowledge Accelerators for inviting me to speak during their session.
