Conference Notes

World Class Mobile Collaboration 2013 Conference – Germany (October 2013)

In mid-October, there’s a conference in Germany about the intersection of mobile and collaboration. The conference is called World Class Mobile Collaboration 2013, and will be held on October 16-17. I will not be attending nor presenting, but if you are suitably situated geographically, the agenda holds great promise.

Here’s some of the sessions that immediately stood out:
– The Effects of Social Collaboration on Employee Engagement and Distance Leadership (by Martin Rasmussen, Grundfos Holding)
– Mobile First on Your Intranets (Ramin Mobasseri, eBay)
– Extending (Mobile) Collaboration Beyond Company Borders (Thomas Maeder, Swisscom)
– Enterprise 2.0 Meets Mobility in Small- and Medium-Sized Companies (Christof Lechner, Volth)
– Rolling out the Next Generation Digital Workplace (Ulrika MacGregor and Charlotte Sperling, Stora Enso)

These are the sessions that caught my eye; the others look promising too.
