Here’s my slides from my presentation at Intranets 2012 today.

I talked about three main ideas – trying to sound the warning about pushing the collaboration concept too far:
– (1) collaboration isn’t a silver bullet
– (2) culture constrains collaboration
– (3) personality impacts collaboration (with a focus on extroverts vs introverts; clearly it’s a much bigger issue than just this.)
