I agree. Too many customers still see the implementation of a collaboration solution as an IT-driven project. It’s NOT!! It needs to be user-centric. IT and the organization need to let go of the need to always “control” what users do and just let them COLLABORATE!!
We’ve been working with many customers lately on this type of solution, and it’s people skills over IT skills for sure.
