Eg, his series on writing a book is spot on.
– 1, figure out why you’re writing it.
– 2, write about what you’re passionate about, but make it marketable.
– 3, make a timetable and make it visible. That is, “just write”.
– 4, ideas on generating words, structure, and features.
– 5, for your first book, get a lot of it done before approaching a publisher.
– 6, there are many resources to help you do this.
