  • Zoho Projects … Zoho released Zoho Projects, an online project management tool. Key features: tasks and milestones, dashboard view of recent activity, discussion forums, and a calendar, among others. Integration with Zoho Chat is coming. Available immediately. Zoho Blog
  • Google Apps … Google released “Google Apps for Your Domain”, a set of basic Web applications targeted at small- and medium-sized business customers. Includes email, calendaring, instant messaging and Web page design tools. Google is spinning the new applications as complementary to Windows and Microsoft Office, not replacements thereof. A for-fee edition is expected before the end of 2006, and it is probably that Writely (online documents) and Google Spreadsheets (online spreadsheeting) will be added in the near future too., eWeek, Network World
  • Apple’s Enterprise Suite … The forthcoming Apple Leopard Server will include a number of new collaborative tools, including a wiki server, calendar sharing and screen sharing via iChat. Users will also be able to share documents related to an upcoming meeting/event. Bokardo
  • Share Outlook Folders … 4Team Corporation released ShareO for Microsoft Outlook, which enables team members to share calendar, contact, journal, mail, task and notes folders with other Outlook users, without a server.
