Telecom New Zealand’s new “Freedom” offer looks really worthwhile. Here’s the scoop:
* $10 per month for an unlimited number of calls between your Telecom home line and a nominated 027 mobile
* The 027 mobile can call the home line for “free” too
* Calls are limited to 60 minutes in duration
* You can have up to 5 linked 027 numbers per home line, at $10 per each
* You have to sign up online

I don’t qualify because (a) I put my toll calls through Net-Tel, and (b) I have a Vodafone 021 mobile phone … but it’s still a good deal if you do qualify.
