Today I was reviewing my notes for a client project, and saw again the following table from a white paper from The Conference Board in 2000, called Beyond Knowledge Management: New Ways to Work and Learn (it’s on page 48 of the PDF):

My Comments
1. The messages are pretty similar, and the transformation points are consistent. While the Gist infographic is a great way of visually communicating the key messages, the underlying themes have been around for a long time.
