Just been reading a white paper on user adoption, and saw a great chart from John McKean’s 1999 book, Information Masters: Secrets of the Customer Race.
The success contribution of technology is only 10%, in John’s view. It used to be higher, but here’s how he sees the breakdown …
BIG NOTE: Column 3 only adds to 90%, which makes me surmise that “Organization” should actually read “10%” not “0%”.

So … there’s more evidence to add to what I already quote from Jessica and Jeff and Tom Peters. Very cool.
