A reality of working with people across multiple time zones is that some of your meetings will be at 2am. Maybe not 2am for you, but someone on the call will have to join in the middle of the night.

Now of course, some people thrive on working in the middle of the night—that’s just the best time for them. Others would feel like death warmed up. If you are lucky to have someone on the team who is keen to have the 2am time slot, then others can have more usual meeting times. But if not, then share it around. Don’t make one person always have the 2am time.
