I’m sitting here at San Francisco International Airport awaiting my connecting flight back to New Zealand, and it’s struck me again how flawless all of the technical details of the Enterprise 2.0 conference went. The hotel wide wireless network worked almost 100% of the time. There was power available in the seats. There was coffee, water and food available regularly throughout the day. The presenters could be heard (when they spoke into their microphones) in all of the sessions. The wireless mics worked. The temperature of the conference location wasn’t too hot or cold. 1000 and 1 so-called “little” details coalesced into a symphony of greatness … well done CMP. You have raised the bar for conference excellence.
