I missed two sessions directly after lunch on day 2 at the conference, that being:

• Miriam Walker of SHIFT, speaking on Intranet Success: Useful, Usable and Valuable Intranets
• Michael Wigley of Wigley & Company, speaking on Legal and Regulatory Issues that Every Intranet Manager Should Know

I missed them because I went offsite to present to the Auckland contingent of the New Zealand Knowledge Management Network on collaboration. Julian and I had a few issues getting there, but we had a neat conversation nonetheless.
